Level 1 - 3 Road Bike Training Program
Our qualified coach is offering three different levels of team training programs, ranging from beginners' level to experts' level, in order to train up students with different biking capabilities. The programs are comprehensive, which include bike knowledge, repairing techniques, safety guide, biking skills,strength training, racing tactics, etc..
Individual Bike Training Program
One to one customerized program to train up individuals with different biking histories, skills and targets. With systematic training,the cardiorespiratory endurance, speed and explosive strength of students can be improved effectively.
After participating in the Bike Training Programs I provide, I would like my students to:
- have a clear concept about the Cycling sport
- get to know about road bikes, including repairing, refurbishing and understanding the functions of
different bike components
- familiarize with different road conditions, and avoid accidents
- have a better sense of safety, and act properly when there is danger
- learn to train systematically, and thus increase their personal biking capabilities
- understand how the incorrect biking postures would affect their performance
- get to know about their own weaknesses, and improve them accordingly
- learn about the professional skills of controlling the bikes
- learn about the importance of team coordination and the use of tactics
